Our turnkey design and build service includes everything you need for your house renovation project. We can act as the Main Contractor on a project or help fill any gaps the Client is experiencing.

5 STAGES TO A HORIZON BUILD PROJECT
1. DESIGN
This is crucial to get right from the start. We need to create a design that meets with the Client’s brief and aspirations for their project, not matter how small the project is.
We want to bring to life the potential of the property and also highlight any possible limiting factors associated with:
- Planning compliance
- Structural viability
- Cost
2. PLANNING PERMISSION
In the event that planning consent is required, we can produce the required plans, elevations and support documentation for a planning application.
Although we cannot guarantee planning approval will be granted, we have experience working with planners, planning consultants and the legislation. We want to create the greatest chance of gaining the desired planning permission!
The planning process takes between 8 to 10 weeks; but unfortunately, it can take longer!
3. PARTY WALL AGREEMENTS
It may be the case that an agreement with neighbours to undertake refurbishment works is required. This is necessary when the construction works may impact shared party walls.
We can appoint a Party Wall Surveyor on the Client’s behalf & work with them to to secure the Party Wall Agreement.
4. BUILDING REGULATIONS APPROVAL
Once planning consent is secured, we will submit technical design information to secure building regulation approval.
This is required to show that the construction works comply fully with the current Building Regulations.
5. CONSTRUCTION
Our site team has the knowledge & skills to deliver works to very highest standards.
We will strive to make the construction works as efficient and as painless as possible for the Client… we take pride in the condition of our sites throughout works and we don’t like a mess!
We ensure the project is completed to the Client’s satisfaction, conduct a full snagging check and we can even provide a thorough “Builders Clean” to make everything sparkle once again.
