Our general construction services cover all aspects of building services including design, obtaining planning permissions, construction, brickwork, carpentry, plastering, decorating, gas fitting, plumbing, electrical services and extends to loft conversions, extensions and structural changes.

Health & Safety is a crucial component to how we operate, the safety of our people and those around the site comes first. No accident is acceptable. All accidents and near misses are recorded and investigated. Construction works inherently happen in a high risk environment and we train our staff to have a competency in First Aid. This is not only professional, but we believe morally important.

We specialised in complete “back to brick” renovations and extensions utilising Permitted Development rights to their fullest extent. We pride ourselves on our workmanship and endeavour to reflect this in every project.

All construction work will receive a Local Building Control Certificate that states the quality of materials and that the construction work meets current Regulations. Planning Certification where necessary confirms that the development meets with all granted Permissions. These certificates are essential for protecting a Client’s investment.
